Although the scope of functionality is solid, there are a lot of little details and user experience things that could use a lot more polish. I have not found a feature I dislike. I would like to see an integration of daily tasks with ASANA. I prefer to use ASANA for managing daily tasks and then use CASCADE to track longer-term goals and outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great visualization, customizable while still being user friendly, can be as detailed as you like, has the ability to tie in with multiple different strategic planning methods (horizons, balanced scorecard, etc), and excellent customer support for setup and general questions.
