1) Self-service admin function - currently, a little rigid and it would be great if an admin person could clone current plan copy for 2020 planning.
2) I would like to leverage Cascade tool to manage operational KPIs, major programs, projects and connect them to strategic goals easily so that all the senior leadership could use one tool to track all the work that the team is working on. Right now, we have to tweak the strategic plan structure to fit major programs, KPIs, etc.
3) Training for staff - it would be great if there's a place within Dashboard I could easily upload training materials, chat features, etc. to support my team. Right now, the help link will connect to cascade strategy team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to see in a simple, graphic layout our strategic initiatives, who's working on them, what is the expected date of completion and what is their current progress. As a manager, Cascade makes it easy for me to stay on top of strategic initiatives so that they get done.
Being a big company, we really exploit the ability to have different plans. Each area has its leader and that leader is in charge of hi own plan. This helps us to indepently view the work of different teams under the same layout.
Another great thing is the "Co-owners" functionality. With this we can include the people who need to be included in each project to ensure that things get done.

Cascade provides an excellent eco-system which enables multiple stakeholders within our company to collaborate in developing and managing a strategic plan. I'll be honest, I didn't even know that this type of software existed before Cascade. 6 months later, I can't imagine my working life at the college without it. It helps our team stay focused and be more productive. Cascade is great at interconnecting all of the main aspects of strategy and execution. Everyone can see a the department's mission and values. We can show how we are working on accomplishing the strategy through programs and projects. Project/Program Management... Task Management... Risk Management... all of this is integrated and designed in a way to allows me to easily pull reports and indicate our status.

Mainly technical aspects: refreshing the page to see major updates from other users. Inability to easily edit in bulk. Project Management module could benefit from additional features such as resource management and hour tracking. Want the ability to sort by project weight/priority.
