I'm thrilled with the system; everything from its interface to the collaboration tools has been an enormous help. Since we began using the software, we have become a more focused team. Swift building and visualization of strategic objectives with links to goals, projects/initiatives, KPI's etc. The terminology and framework used being completely customizable from application's interface by a super user. A draft plan is then deployed to the organization where teams start adding their goals in alignment with the high level plan.
End user acceptance is very high due to intuitive interface. We have experienced users starting to enter their plans only after a few hours of training.
Once initiatives/goals are approved, tracking kicks in where you can define periodic update tasks and reminders to ensure projects/tasks and related risks are updated regularly.

A feature linking tracking of goals to individual performance management workflow existed in previous version and it was removed from the new releases of software some time ago. Ability to collaborate with staff on the Strategy! Cascade software flows well, so most Strategic plans can be added without making major changes. I love how the Software makes you stop and think about the business actives and projects and how they align to an overall strategy.
