What do you like best about Cascade?

I like how Cascade Strategy encapsulates both KPIs and projects in one platform. This is much easier than having a separate dashboard and project software. Additionally, Cascade links all KPIs and projects throughout the organization. For small businesses, having one view of everything is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

The interface for viewing historical data is a little complicated. However, Cascade is always adding new features, and I am sure this will be addressed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Constant new features and the possibilities of development going forward...its pretty customisable right now but I dont expect that to stay, which is fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staff often didn't feel connected to the overall mandate of the organization. They didn't see how their tasks were helping to achieve long-term goals. Cascade's language of 'democratizing strategy' really speaks to the benefits. Staff at all levels better understand how important they are to the organizational trajectory. What do I like best? It has to be the Cascade team of experts. They're good people, but they're also good people who have created an amazing strategy product that takes the mystery out of strategy. The elegant, efficient, and effective design of Cascade's strategy environment make the complex simple. We work with all types of organizations ranging from small non-profits to large multi-divisional multinational corporations... and Cascade can scale to accommodate the needs of them all! What do you dislike about Cascade?

There's not much to dislike. Cascade is growing and it is great to have a global community of users that are committed to making strategy available to all aspiring strategists. What do you like best about Cascade?

Ease of use and ability to efficiently structure hierarchical and matrixed work through an excellent user interface. The ability to track KPIs and add weights to those (for example, by time) is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

The logic used to determine when things are behind can be tricky to manage sometimes (I've found myself scratching my head a few times trying to understand why the system is portraying a certain status). This isn't a deal-breaker, as I've usually found a workaround. Additionally, the ability to make bulk changes is a bit lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cascade?

The flexibility you have to host the strategy and manage it. You can put together different reports of the strategies, projects and indicators in a way that facilitates their review.
