I like that Cascade is a cloud-native platform, as it means it's accessible on multiple devices and any changes made by a user are visible for any function across your business. For our business, an enormous challenge is our ability to track work across different functions, as well as different functions having accessibility to our core business strategies. Having a central nervous system allows for us to have a collaborative environment whereby every function of the business is aligned on core strategies and recognises their contribution to said strategies. The best thing I like about Cascade is its ability to track every element of the plan - customizing the software with ease to manage the things that are important to me and my Department. But, all of the functionality is useless if the interface is too difficult or complex, but with Cascade the user-interface is so easy to use and learn.
