"Cascade is a great tool for enterprise strategy alignment"

What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade has given my company a single source of truth when it comes to our goals and what specific actions the business is taking to get there. The interface is flexible and customizable when it comes to including custom fields and aligning goals to multiple areas of focus. The Cascade team seems to be available around the clock for solving urgent asks and they have also been incredibly responsive when it comes to building custom solutions. What do you dislike about Cascade?

I would like to see greater flexibility in building visuals in the dashboards. Additionally, the main working space (called the planner) would be made better if we were able to slice and dice to the same extent as the reporting feature (snapshots). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Cascade, our leadership team found it challenging to identify what our strategy was across the enterprise. There was no single, aligned area that defined what actions each of our businesses were taking to improve. With Cascade, we have been able to have one place our leadership team accesses to see progress against our goals and pinpoint where they need to provide support.
