What do you like best about Carro?

I like the discovery page on the app! I love behind able to see the catalog! As well as easily pitch to brands to join our platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carro?

I don't like how customer data is shared. As a buyer our end customer receives two emails. From us and the brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Carro?

Carro is a modern dropshipping marketplace that connects Retailers who want to expand their product catalog and grow average order value to high-quality, DTC Suppliers who want to develop new sales channels. Carro helps Retailers avoid the hassle and risk of traditional wholesale agreements such as upfront capital, inventory commitments, and handling fulfillment. Meanwhile, Carro lets Suppliers control who they partner with, grow their brand awareness without investing in marketing, and acquire new customers – they get customer data when their products are bought on a partner’s store. Carro is E-Commerce platform-agnostic, meaning it connects Retailers and Suppliers both on and off Shopify to each other. This opens the door for Retailers of all shapes and sizes to use Carro. They can be popular brands primarily known for selling one product, that want to curate complementary products to sell alongside it. Carro Retailers can also be marketplace businesses or platforms such as social selling apps, wedding/gifting platforms, and rewards programs. What do you like best about Carro?

Carro is yet easy to use but a very useful solution to your marketing questions. We can easily know about all the influencers following our brand.It has given us a great relief from the hefty advertising circle.With an easy to use interface it can be easily be implemented in the Marketing Section of our business.The Customer Support is Welcoming as you might expect.Integrated with Shopify you can rely on it as your daily scale management tool. What do you dislike about Carro?

Well Some time pitches for a product get way too high. The interface on the whole easy to use gets a bit glitchy sometimes and certain features like a dashboard,advanced filters, etc could still be implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Carro?

Carro is not constantly evolving and needs to introduce features. Whenever I have a requirement or request the feature is not good. It's not remarkable. I find some users difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carro?

The interface is not intuitive making all my tasks hectic. The influencer dashboard has obstructed rating brand interactions. Carro does not genuinely understands its users' needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Carro seems to prioritize extending brand reach on marketplaces, rather than focusing solely on its influencer services. This does not be ideal for those seeking an influencer marketing platform. What do you like best about Carro?

the most helpful about carro is the instant customer service. When I run across something i am unsure of, I am able to request a ticket and they get back to me in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Carro is that when your'e doing a task and open up Carro in another window, you have to restart the task all over again, I wish it kept ypur place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
