Very hard to transition to. Multiple steps to do one thing. Not user friendly. It has been 6 months and we are all still wishing we had Eaglesoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

The implementation and onboarding process was straightforward and fostered a smooth transition—great customer service from every point of contact. It is easy to learn and use and is a very robust system with so many features. Integration was nearly seamless. Carestack make my work ife easy ! It is fast and simple to use. I come from an office that all we used was paper. So this is amazing already ! not just that i love how east it is to move around , procuess a payment. Send out appointment reminders ! Every to find a Patient its Easy , Fast and Simple ! I ove it ! What do you like best about CareStack?

I like that we can just type all the info in super quick and its very easy to use. The customer support team is always there to help when it is needed because technology is not always great but that is with everything. I use it every single day fot work and I enjoy my days because of it. It is also very easy to learn the ways around it and how things work.
