CB struggles to provide quality candidates. Many of the candidates are recycled. We also went through quite a few account managers, which made it difficult to complete certain items. I wish I could flag a resume that is not a good fit, or that I already interviewed to not come up again in my search for a set period of time. As of now, all resumes come up if they fall in your search criteria. I also wish I could check back resumes that were posted 2, 3, 4 days back. CareerBuilder has been one of the main databases our company uses for sourcing entry-level candidates. However, as of late I'm constantly met with the aggravating "unfortunately some error occurred" pop-up while I'm sourcing resumes. If it's not that it's incredibly slow loading times for one candidate's resume.
