**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

For the past six years, I have relied on CareerBuilder to source candidate profiles. As a sourcing specialist, I find it straightforward to identify suitable candidates and consistently achieve strong results. The platform provides various search options, including keyword fields and a resume freshness filter, which allow me to narrow down the profiles I review. Its intuitive interface and the ability to perform frequent searches make the process of sourcing profiles seamless. Using Boolean strings is also uncomplicated. I frequently come across profiles that closely match my requirements. Overall, the platform enables quick and efficient sourcing, and I find it very customer-friendly.

I honestly have nothing to complain about—everything was good, and I don't have any suggestions for improvement. There were a few times when it went into underprocess, but overall, my experience was positive.

**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

Career Builder is one of the top job boards in the recruitment industry. I use Career Builder every day in my work and have successfully placed many candidates thanks to its features. The platform offers advanced search tools, including keyword and Boolean options, which make finding the right profiles much easier. The filter function allows me to sort profiles by age, from as recent as one week to over two years old. Compared to other job boards, it is very user-friendly. Career Builder provides a wide range of tools that assist both recruiters and job seekers in finding the right opportunities. It offers numerous features that make it possible to search for candidates even in less active locations. Using Career Builder has made my daily recruitment tasks much faster and simpler, effectively solving many of my routine challenges. The customer support is also excellent and readily accessible. 
I recommend Career Builder to anyone who is a job seeker or a recruiter.

I have been using Career Builder for the past four years and have never found anything to complain about. There has never been anything I disliked about it.

Career Builder has solving all the day to day problems of a job seeker and of a job provider or a  recruiter. It has a vast candidates pool that we can reach via emails, calls and texts. It has extensive range of tools which helps candidates to find job and recruiters to provide candidates the appropriate job which they are looking for. Carrier Builder is my first priority in my recruitment career and have even placed many candidates with the help of career builder. I will not hesitate to say that it has reduced the unemployment rate.

**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

The CareerBuilder Job board is really used by our organization. Especially the additional search options are awesome, while we are using the tools, we can get good resumes and recent job seekers. There are multiple advanced search options included, like (Categories, Company name, Tax terms, education, Language selection option, Security Clearance, and Military Experience searching option). The options really performed well.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

While we are using the CareerBuilder job board is all good, the only thing is the smaller number of job seekers in rare skill technology.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Job Board solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really very beneficial for our company to improve our cost, productivity, and time management. Good experience with customers, clients while using the advanced search options like  Categories, Company name, Tax terms, education, Language selection option, Security Clearance, and Military Experience searching option. The options really performed well.

i've been using the career builder over 3+ years, sourcing both NON IT roles and IT roles from this ATS is something i like the most you can find a lot of candidates in this portal especially for the NON IT roles.

a lot of old and empty profiles in the career builder and experience mismatch resumes in the portal which i dislike the most

It's very amazing tool to find quality candidate. There are all the filters to find candidate according to location, within miles. Also we can find the candidate with the help of title only. There are multiple good features which is very helpful.

The only problem is sometime we're getting candidate is very faar according to the location part which we've entered in portal.

**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

Carrier Builder is one of the best job board where i can find a lot of resources especially for NON IT Roles, when the client requires a Non IT Role to be filled i tend to use Carrier Builder as my first priority even placed few candidates with the help of career builder, there is advanced search tools available with keywords and Boolean, filter option allows to filter profiles from one week old to two plus years old profiles.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

There is a lot of old profiles you can find in the carrer builder who are not looking for a active job where i used to spend more extra time for it also many resumes are not updated till date and when i give a boolean it sometimes gives me irreleavnt profiles which makes me do deep filtering to get exact matches.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Job Board solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CareerBuilder helps with the  quick recruiting process where i can get an access to a large pool of candidates. It reduces a lot of time,it also helps me in finding more strong qualified candidates quicly, and also it supports bulk hiring. It also helps me to track and review previous searches,whenever there is a need for Non IT profiles carrier builder is of big help.

CareerBuilder Job Board is used to source the candidates for IT and NON IT Professionals.
And Junior level and mid level quality resumes are provide CareerBuilder Job Board.
CareerBuilder Job Board is integrated with CEIPAL ATS, So easily and quick get the resumes using Boolean Search, Filter.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Job Board?**

CareerBuilder Job Board most of the resume are inactive.
And CareerBuilder Job Board are limited search filters when compared to Monster and Dice.
Some times same candidates profile are reflected multiple times. which means duplicate profiles.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Job Board solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Sourcing the candidates for non-IT and customer support roles is difficult to find other platforms like Dice, Monster.
Benefit: CareerBuilder Job Board has a focused for non-IT roles like Technician, customer support, etc. So it is easy to close these type positions faster.

Problem: Some of the job boards don't give direct contact info, so candidate reach out is slow.
Benefit: CareerBuilder Job Board shows phone numbers and emails in most profiles directly, so we can call, message candidates directly without open the resume.

Problem : Budget cost is high to use premium boards like LinkedIn, Dice.
Benefit: CB is less cost and gives best results for junior to mid level roles, which perfect fit for volume hiring.

Career builder is user friendly job portal compare to other job boards. It has extensive range of tools which helps candidates to find job and recruiters to provide candidates the appropriate job which they are looking for. Resume building, Al driven job matching, provides useful salary calculators and career advice, giving candidates and recruiters insights into expected earnings and tips for improving their job searchs.

CareerBuilder has a large base but for some jobs quality of applicants can be inconsistent. The platform may attract many candidates who do not fully match the job requirements, leading to more time spent filtering out unsuitable candidates. CareerBuilder is a general job board, and for recruiters looking to fill niche or highly specialized roles, it may not offer the targeted candidate pool found on more specialized platforms.

Career builder has large candidate pool, which makes recruitment easier. For functional requirements I prefer career builder. Career builder uses AL tools to automatically match job posting with quality and qualified candidates., saving recruiters time by narrowing down applicants/ candidates who closely meets job criteria. Enabling recruiters to proactively search for candidates, rather than waiting for the applicants. This is especially helpful for filling requirements/jobs quickly. It has detailed options for talent search which makes recruiting process easier like location, experience, skills.

I have been using Career Builder since the start of my career in US recruitment and staffing. It user interface is very attractive and has tons of features which will help in doing different experiments to search profiles in dry locations as well. I must say, most of the jobs I have closed in dry locations, where the candidate pool is very less only because of career builders. "

I am really very happy and satisfied with this job board as it is designed to provide the profiles and candidates from Light Industrial, Engineering, Business Professional, Accounting, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Industrial and Medical Service based profiles like RN, LPN and other titles as well.
There are tons of filters available which help in sourcing the exact match profiles from the job market. We have a integrated tool of CB in our Job diva ATS which always provides the newly available candidates in the market and moreover most of the candidates available using career builder are very active and eager to join new jobs in the market. This ensures that there are less % of backouts as we only reach the one who are in the need of a job.

CareerBuilder is by far one of the most useful hiring tool i came across. Its the perfect platform for your Niche requirements. CareerBuilder  provides a huge database for your IT-Non-IT and other needs. I used it on adaily basis to source resumes and cater my hiring need.

The only thing which i dislike as most of the resume database are kind of obsolete. Their conytact info are not up to date. Apart from this, it works well.

Career Builder gives the detailed profiles we expect and the proper resume we are looking for; this helps me a lot in my work to submit a good shape. Having active candidates in the portal.

Sometime getting unmatched profile in career Builder and also it doesn't have the bulk mail option, when opening profile in career builder some profile is not shown that one thing is disappointed

I like working with CareerBuilder because it very help finds suitable candidates and is very helpful in storing a candidate database; CareerBuilder is an easy way to find candidates, so I like it very much.

I dislike CareerBuilder mostly; some of the candidates' email or phone numbers and limited profiles in specific locations are missing. CareerBuilder is very expensive to open one resume. These things are most disliked.

We don't get much profiles for US recruiting which we use the maximum time. This is the major dislike of career builder at my point of view. Anyhow this is not a major defect.

It helps me to search the candidates using the skillsets and special keywords from the job description using the keyword search and advance boolean search from its database. Most of the profiles are active and updated. The database has good quality resumes containing almost every kind of candidate for fresher and experienced job profiles. the filters work great and provide good results.

It is one of the easy platforms for searching and sourcing resumes and candidates. Also, we can post jobs and can get the candidates directly from getting applied to the required positions. It has many good filters and resumes bar to search the candidates from its updated database using the boolean search strings. The UI is clean and light. The UX is impressive.

The error I have experienced during using this platform is that sometimes it gives the same result and shows the same candidates after a limit is reached. They have advanced search options for keywords and booleans. CareerBuilder helps in searching and identifying candidates based on geographic location. Communicate directly with potential candidates through the CareerBuilder platform. Create original and generic email templates and job postings. A good candidate dashboard gives us a great idea of ​​what candidates support and helps us target.

Job postings have no value and no ROI compared to other sites. Too expensive for what they offer. Customer service is poor and changes frequently, so you don't know who the rep is—analysis of the desired remuneration for positions. Send the same candidates in target search. A representative will provide training.

We signed up with CareerBuilder to help us identify top candidates for loan processing after not getting good results. It was clear from the first week that the applicants were significantly less qualified, and I am sorry to say that it was fraudulent. Several " baristas " apply in addition to wacky names with skills copied and pasted from the internet. I interviewed a girl reading on her other screen. Loan processing is a skilled position. This young woman had no idea what she was talking about on that topic. Zero. And she's one of the best candidates on a resume. I should have passed a negative review, except that I  checked that the account didn't auto-renew, and after a month, applicants kept coming. I contacted their customer service for assistance, and they don't want to fix the billing. So I would recommend avoiding CareerBuilder's on several fronts. I could copy/paste a list of candidate names. You'd be amazed at all the scam antics. They alternately used capital letters with foreign-sounding words, and people forgot to capitalize their surnames? That does not happen. I've been researching the talent base for a long time, and I've never seen a single blatant example of automation trying to look like a human. Guess they don't have enough real candidates to justify their fees and are now willing to go back where they can. Maybe at some point, they already have qualified candidates. That is not the case today.
