This young woman had no idea what she was talking about on that topic. Zero. And she's one of the best candidates on a resume. I should have passed a negative review, except that I checked that the account didn't auto-renew, and after a month, applicants kept coming. I contacted their customer service for assistance, and they don't want to fix the billing. So I would recommend avoiding CareerBuilder's on several fronts. I could copy/paste a list of candidate names. You'd be amazed at all the scam antics. They alternately used capital letters with foreign-sounding words, and people forgot to capitalize their surnames? That does not happen. I've been researching the talent base for a long time, and I've never seen a single blatant example of automation trying to look like a human. Guess they don't have enough real candidates to justify their fees and are now willing to go back where they can. Maybe at some point, they already have qualified candidates.
