This product really works. It analyzes everything being installed or executed. Even script files. It will stop anything malicious. There are many filters for events and you can group by many parameters. Create as many policies as you want for "special attention" computers. Get alerts in your mail. It is easy to be overwhelmed by the volume of information available. Everybody's environment is different so take you time learning what is normal in yours before you tighten up the policies that block execution. Roll it out slowly so you are not flooded with requests for approval. Have well-thought out processes in place for managing approval requests.
