I like this platform because it detects and responds to advanced attacks with unfiltered visibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software works on well enabled networks and Android devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cb is lightweight and easy to use compared to our previous solution, Sophos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cb initially was unstable in our Win7 environment but works great in Win10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We implemented CB a year ago and since then we have almost entirely eliminated the need for re-imaging machines due to malware. Huge time saver for IT and our employees as we have a large remote work force. CB also enables us to quickly identify and remediate malware faster than before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had the product about a year and we currently do not have any dislikes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently converted our AV over to Carbon Black Defense and have been nothing short of impressed. Cloud analytics along with the ability to stay on top of zero day attacks take this product the next level. They've really thought this one through as they've implemented a good/better/best approach for their policies within CBD. We worked our way through each of those levels until we were at the best level and I can say that I do feel like it helps tremendously. There are some times you have to go in and whitelist something but I'd rather have it that way than the potential alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally you can see some latency when monitoring the service due to it being in the cloud. We've had some issues rolling this product out into our Citrix Xenapp environment. It appears we are the first xenapp customer for them so they've been working with us to get through some of the initial slowness during logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of process information, providing for very in-depth investigations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On-premesis setup is a bit finicky for large Enterprise environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CB protection was recently implemented for my company. The software was not all that hard to learn and the professional services are excellent. Easily customizable rules and policies! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. Implementation was helped by professional services and everything is working great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy installation process, simple to set up for all employees of a mid-size company(200-250)
On the UI end, it's just as simple to use. The icon and program run in the background and no clunky pop-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much so far. Would need a little more use time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is, hands down, my favorite application whitelisting I've ever used. It can approve by the file's hash value (SHA-256), the publisher/certificate, or a number of other custom options. High customizable across the environment, and even enabled me to completely eradicate bloatware (such as ASK Toolbar) within two weeks of full implementation.
If your installation is on a server that can access the internet, it can also use VirusTotal and CB's own reputation service to auto-approve some programs based on collective input from other customers (reducing management time).
Other providers tried to get me to switch because CB Protection uses a lot of man-hours to manage (which is true), but they cannot reliably block some"benign but unwanted" programs without using a blacklisting approach. CB Protection means I can block unwanted programs from the get-go, even if they are basically harmless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a highly involved implementation and management. Expect six (6) months or more to call the project done - anything else means that you may very well shut down some critical applications and/or let things through that should not be. Trust me; take the time, plan your policies, and be cautious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
