What do you like best about Capium?

We've been using Capium for 3 years now, and they have been great at support and are looking at bringing in a lot of new features shortly!

We've been very impressed with how the Accounts Production/Corp Tax flows between the two - and we also have had a really good experience using their Self-Assessment module.

They are currently looking at bringing in CapiPay for bookkeeping and also a new CapiSign feature which looks good! A lot of time is now being spent on developing their software for the next version of Capium.

I would really recommend them, especially as it is cost-effective, great value for what we pay, and fantastic relationship with management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capium?

There are some changes that needed fixing - but Capium are straight on it when it needs a fix. They are also developing new fixes and features that will hopefully make this even better of a software for our compliance needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capium solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to simply apply what we need to our client relationship without struggling to find access to it. Our clients can therefore receive all relevant services in a timely manner and carried out in line with expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Capium?

Capium is a fully integrated accounting suite based in the Cloud, which means there is no need to have any hosted desktop or internal/external servers. It's everything you would expect from your basic desktop accounts software, but continually accessible virtually. Capium suite can be accessed from laptops, mobiles and tablets from anywhere, granted there is an internet connection available. About Capium: The company was established in 2015 when it launched the first 6 modules to facilitate professional accountants and Small to medium size enterprises (SMEs). By 2018, Capium had acquired 750+ firms using their modules and 6 award nominations, and in 2019, Capium won 2 national accounting awards. Capium is a firm focused on the accountant as the valued client. The accounting tech software market is worth more than 1 billion pounds in the UK, with a compound annual rate of 8.5% forecasted for the period of 2021-2026. With the arrival of the enforcement established by the HMRC of making tax digital (MTD) by the year 2023, it created a need for accountants to seek the appropriate tool/software to help ease their transition into submitting taxes via the cloud to the local government. This has provided Capium (and competing firm) a visible and exponential opportunity for growth in 2022.

What do you like best about Capium?

What do you dislike about Capium?

Sales representative told us we can cancel subscription if we don't like the product, but customer service refuses to cancel it and keeps charging. They expect us to record our video call with THEIR employee briefing of their product as proof. Lots of bugs and non working features. What problems is Capium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Capium, we struggled to keep track of all our client's financial data, which often led to inaccurate financial statements and missed deadlines. However, since implementing Capium, we have noticed a significant improvement in our productivity and efficiency. The platform offers a range of features, such as cloud accounting, payroll, tax filing, and practice management, which has allowed us to streamline our workflow and provide better service to our clients.

The intuitive user interface makes it easy to navigate through the various modules and access the necessary information quickly. Capium's integration with other accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks and Sage has been a game changer, allowing us to easily import client data and ensure it is up to date.

What do you like best about Capium?

Simple, clean interface, easy to navigate and easy to edit mistakes unlike other accountancy software we've used in the past! Seamless integration with our online banking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capium?

Very little - there's an occasional bug when inputing data that just means you have to manually click on some menus rather than 'tab' to them but it's a very minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capium solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple programme that let us input our invoices in and out as well as payments in and out and receipts that our accountants could then take over for VAT returns and end of year accounting. Capium solved all these problems for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capium?

Capium is one of the best cloud solutions for tax filing software for UK Taxes. It provides us with more than one solution. One of them is bookkeeping; it also provides a straightforward way to set up, and for small-scale industries, it is possibly the best solution in the UK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capium?

As Capium is the Saas Software, the developers can create the desktop app for windows and other operating systems to be used offline on the system. They should provide a proper walkthrough for a more straightforward setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
