It is mainly UK based company and it provides Hard Phone as well as softphone services for VoIP calling. It provides UK DID, Russian DID as well to run the business smoothly. Our Account manager is also very good and full support staff is very greatly active.It has Soft phone Application which is very light and reliable and can be manage, placing of calls any where easily. The UI is very easy to navigate and everything has a home, its something you feel familiar with without even trying. When you need to find something you dont have to think about it, its set out in a nice, easy to use way. The call quality is great and it's quite polished in terms of what you'd get from other offerings who usually have thousands of options with no context. Reliability of both the Apps and the back-end networking. Sadly that has been the downfall, I can understand 1 outage a year maybe, while quite inconvenient its easy to explain to customers but sadly CallSwitch has multiple outages every month, its the reason I've seen many look elsewhere.
