There was no way to separate customers into unique buckets for each call center rep, so they all dialed the same group of people. Sometimes the auto-dialer would come into the queue to dial the same customer in a very close period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing i liked about the Call Commando Review is that it have cloud based deployment and due to this the ui is mich easy to understand and to work upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
