The capacity to switch between a bookkeeping sheet like view and a various leveled view permits me to break down information from various points. This is particularly useful while I'm shuffling different partners with shifting degrees of detail required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sharing updates feels awkward and requires manual mediation. For an item that appears to be intended for group projects, this absence of consistent joint effort is a significant disadvantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Calido (formerly eProduct) is far more than the typical roadmap software. Its flexibility allows integrating entire Design Thinking, Lean Startup, go-to-market processes, collaborative development, launch pads, and much more. That makes it possible to have the entire product management process from user insights to launch and scaling in one place. Besides all that the customer service is very responsive and proposals for improvements are in many cases very soon implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Now, while writing this, a dedicated user rights management is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A single tool that allows me to manage every single stakeholder interaction; whether it be getting feedback from customers, managing escalations, or simply scheduling tasks for the dev team. I don't have to context switch and use different tools for managing various aspects of my products.
The hierarchical display allows me easily see the strategies and OKRs and drill down into individual features to see how it all rolls up to the product strategy that helps with the prioritization and overall roadmap. Also, the customization aspects are very handy that allows me to easily add a wide range of metadata on the indivdual entities (Initiative, EPIC, Task, etc.) for more insight. Lack of Salesforce and Zendesk integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

eProduct allows me to create custom fields in all views to create and display the data needed to show we are making correct decisions. I can link customers to feature requests and display the customers on the Roadmap. I can customize the priority weighted score formula to meet my organization's strategy.
