Customer support - almost non-existent - but worse - you think it's there but they just keep you hanging.... I've sent several emails after getting nowhere with the online chat support to simple questions. no responses at all to the emails (several weeks now). I'm currently on chat with Support - its been 1 hour already. 10 minutes to even answer the first question. Now they've gone totally awol since at lest 10 minutes ago. I have a new user of Zoom ai and it is by far the best meeting arrangement program. You get a 7 day free trial before actually buying the app which gives you an idea if you like it. Amazing video quality reminds both parties about the meeting and amazing voice quality. I like how you can arrange meetings with people across the world and is a very nice recruiting tool.
