The automation & customization options are second to none. We've used Microsoft Bookings, Calendly, SetMore, and a few other apps, and nothing is as powerful or customizable. The built-in AI assistant makes it easy to just quickly set reminders or appointments via a Teams message without even needing to open my calendar page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the user interface is a bit clunky. For example, to see all my meeting types to make edits, I have to find the blue box and click an extra button. I also wish there was a way to save/sync up availability windows across meeting types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to customize individual meeting invitations and let participants schedule their own time without having to go through an additional round (or two) of email correspondence. The HTML widget code is great when working to schedule group classes! Being able to request information from attendees in the meeting invitation to help you prepare for meetings is very helpful. With the flexibility of creating the questions, I can prompt people to give me the information I need to have an efficient and effective call/meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

l wish that the group classes could be scheduled using Microsoft Office without updating the invitation for each new attendee. I can use a workaround to link an additional Google account/calendar specific for group class scheduling, but the inclusion of Microsoft Teams dynamic meeting links appears to update the appointment with each attendee, also. Using static links is not as convenient, and the calendar invitation itself is less straightforward and harder to navigate when people are used to working with Microsoft Programs. The best part of calendarhero is its seamless integration with multiple emails. I was looking for such tools and was not able to find one that can integrate many accounts together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think like a product it delivers what it had promised. maybe if they also give options to send notifications to separate emails as well, might be even more useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
