I love how I can quickly go in and set up specific meetings in minutes... from my client meetings to referral partner meetings, to prospective client meetings, ... to finding mutually convenient meeting times between groups of people all working on an external project.

All my meetings are ordered- at my fingertips and seamlessly integrate with my Google calendar.

My AI assistant will double. check with me for travel time for in-person meetings... and with a quick reply to the email... the system will add travel time to my calendar.

I like being able to set up different types of appointments and being able to give out a link to book that appointment time anywhere in my calendar that is open. It relieves me of having to time block my calendar out. The program looks fr openings in my calendar and allows the client to book an open time within the parameters i set up. I've tried lots of different calendar tools over the years and CalendarHero is the best of the bunch. It's perfect integration with Microsoft 365 and Teams, as well as multiple other services make it the easiest to slot into different techstacks and workflows. If you run multiple companies it would be good to be able to create multiple brands for the booking page. At the moment I've fudged it by creating an image that incorporates both company logos. It would also be good to be able to block out days just on CalendarHero for certain meeting types. I do lots of meetings in a different city so need a way to set up a meeting type for that where I can restrict the times to certain days when I'll be in that city. Apart from that, it's fantastic.
