I have used Calendarhero for 2 years. I love how easy it is to sync with the calendar and the fact that the automated assistant sends reminders to the attendees on my behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of my international clients have had difficulties in the past scheduling according to the selected timezone. The times of these meetings have been misplaced a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CalendarHero has all the requisite calendaring tools and then some. Besides just enabling folks to schedule time based on an array of parameters, it even has cool features like making certain attendees required. That helps streamlines the process of scheduling. All of this for a mere $8/mo. Extremely good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really there isn't much to dislike. It's been reliable and continues to be an excellent value.
The "only" downside I have experienced is when it lost my Zoom connection. Not sure why that happened. But it did. I fixed it in minutes. Still, it happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CalndarHero does what it says on the box, but due to the features there is a learning curve. The docs could do with more worked examples Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a consultant and work with several businesses with different calendars and what's critical is that my availability across all of my calendars is taken into consideration when I share a booking link out with someone. Also, I've only had one bug crop up in the 2 years I've used CalendarHero and support was very responsive to both the initial bug report and with follow up and fixing the bug. This is not a dislike but it would be nice to able to use different logos on different calendar booking landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the functionality of the big players like Calendly and Acuity, but less than half the cost! All of my appointments can be easily scheduled by my clients in a way that saves us both time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! It does exactly what I need it to do! I have not experienced downtime with CalendarHero. I've been able to customize it with my logo and my brand. Overall, it has been a great experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features that I love about CalendarHero is the following:
- AI assistant that's connected to Slack, I can always depend on her to reach out to my client and schedule a meeting without further actions.
- A booking portal - this page allows my clients to book a meeting with me with pre-qualifying questions.
- And the ability for me to invite my teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- An easier way to directly get support. Right now you have to fill out the forms to get support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scheduling links you use are highly customizable to most nitty gritty detail. And the integration with so many of my different email accounts and calendars is the best part. It works for all of my business/company calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no real downsides to CalendarHero other than the fact that it doesn't set itself up. However their tutorials and instructions make it a breeze to set up and start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That is the software easy to use, easy to learn and automated, to always have your meetings, tasks and appointments in one single place. As an extra, you can have an assistant that sends you daily your appointments to your email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, none; I like to use calendar hero, maybe the logging I prefer software that doesn't use social login, but is ok, at the end I always get in but I prefer with my email/name and password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout of the calendar booking page and seamless integration with other products makes it great for booking personal and business meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is amazing and as with anything, the only downside is that we need more licences which, in turn, costs more money, but as far as price goes, Calendar hero is extremely competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like using CalendarHero. Have been using it before it changed name. It's very easy to use and has integration to Microsoft 365, which many other calendar scheduling tools don't. I find that I use Calendar with via MS Teams the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I've had is that embedding the sign up page into our website does not look the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
