Top Rated CalendarHero Alternatives

This is the only Calendar/Scheduling program I know of that has a free version with integration for more than one calendar (for example, work and home). The customizable options, even with the free version, are more than adequate to meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every once in a while, the app would "lose" my customized folder setting and I would have to go back in and fix it. This is very frustrating, as I don't know why it happens, and it has no discernible pattern as to when it happens. My folders just randomly "go away" until I log back in and reset them. It doesn't matter if your email trips spam alarms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After repeated incidents where CalendarHero appeared on Spam lists and caused my email to trigger spam notifications, I canceled my subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be a meeting management and calendar application, it has a lot of customization options. Something I particularly like is the ability to configure meetings taking into account the different time zones of each member of my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its advantage can also be its biggest flaw because having so many customization options can become confusing, and you have to fill in each of the many options in the events for it to work. Additionally, personally, I don't like that it doesn't have many options for working with recurring events or tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can tell some of the benefits of using CalendarHero, an AI-powered scheduling assistant:
Time-Saving: CalendarHero can save users time by automating the scheduling process. It can quickly find available meeting times that work for all participants and send out invitations, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails and scheduling conflicts.
Easy to Use: CalendarHero is easy to set up and use, with a simple and intuitive interface that guides users through the scheduling process. Users can easily connect their calendars, set preferences, and schedule meetings with a few clicks.
Personalization: CalendarHero offers personalized scheduling options, such as prioritizing certain meeting types, setting custom availability windows, and providing different scheduling options for different participants.
Integration: CalendarHero integrates with popular calendar apps such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar, as well as with communication tools like Slack and Zoom. This makes it easy to incorporate scheduling into existing workflows and communication channels.
AI-powered: CalendarHero uses AI to analyze calendar availability, suggest meeting times based on participant preferences, and even suggest meeting topics based on previous interactions. This helps to optimize scheduling and improve productivity.
Overall, CalendarHero is a time-saving, easy-to-use scheduling assistant that offers personalization and AI-powered features to improve scheduling and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can tell some of the potential drawbacks or challenges of using CalendarHero:
Cost: CalendarHero offers a free version with limited features, but users may need to upgrade to a paid plan to access more advanced features, such as integration with multiple calendars and advanced scheduling options.
Privacy Concerns: As an AI-powered scheduling assistant, CalendarHero requires access to users' calendars and may analyze and use data from these calendars to optimize scheduling. This can raise privacy concerns for some users.
Learning Curve: While CalendarHero is designed to be easy to use, some users may still need some time to get familiar with the interface and features.
Limited Features: While CalendarHero offers a range of useful features, some users may find that it lacks certain customization options or advanced scheduling features they need for their specific use case.
Reliance on Integration: CalendarHero relies heavily on integration with other apps, such as calendar and communication tools, which means that it may not be as useful for users who don't regularly use these tools or who prefer to use standalone scheduling software. Very long list of possible integrations with other tools. I also appreciate the so-called "unified search", to easily search through files and events across all your connected integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not entirely sure about the inner workings of the feature that lets several people choose the most suitable date and time for an event. Sometimes it doesn't work as I expected, but it might be me not having understood how it works... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked the BEST about CalendarHero is that they have a lot of integrations with almost every helpful platform like Hubspot, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Mailchimp, and so much more! Moreover, you can have your entire team onboarded with their Team Plan so everyone gets their meeting links and synced to their calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The part I do not like about CalendarHero is that you would need either a MIcrosoft or Google account in order to use their service. Signing up using email from other service providers like Zoho is not possible at this time. Further, the platform does not allow a custom domain to be linked to your meeting links, unlike other similar featured platforms which offers CNAME mapping to your account. It has a lot of flexible options and features that allow us to customize it to our specific needs. With a LOT of integrations, CalendarHero really helps us save time when setting up bookings with our customers. It's also really competitively priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's easy to use the interface looks a bit outdated (both in the backend and the frontend) and would benefit from a redesign. The backend usability suffers a bit with the design but once you get used to it, it's really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Meeting Directories, which allow us to offer multiple meeting types or lengths instead of forcing them into one meeting type. For example, we have a meeting option for Brands, Retailers, and Partners, but also Demos or Quick Chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a user, I haven't found anything. However, my CMO states that it doesn't integrate with Hubspot so we can't score contacts based on them booking a meeting. I think that's a nice-to-have functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CalendarHero saves me a lot of time and is super customizable, unlike calendly. You can set as many calendars as needed and the integration with office365 is seamless. Clients love it! It also allows my staff to set their own calendars in an easy way. I love it and plan to use it for a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Payment integration could be better (e.g. lawpay integration). It only integrates with stripe and sometimes there are issues with the currency. As a result, I no longer use the payment feature. I have also been made aware that for those booking outside my time zone, it is difficult if not impossible for them to adjust the time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It saves time and multiple rounds of emails and phone calls. It is easy for me and for those trying to arrange a meeting time with me. It syncs well with Microsoft Calendar and I've had no issues. I've been using for a couple of years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes. There are some features I've not tried yet, but everything I have tried works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Calendarhero for 2 years. I love how easy it is to sync with the calendar and the fact that the automated assistant sends reminders to the attendees on my behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of my international clients have had difficulties in the past scheduling according to the selected timezone. The times of these meetings have been misplaced a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
