What do you like best about Café?

Café is an excellent tool for anyone in a hybrid or remote-first team.

Its features include schedule view, Slack integration, analytics, trends and interest graph and event management.

What do you like best about Café?

Working in a hybrid workplace raises issues like getting together with a scattered team. Café is a very practical tool for us to meet again and more than usual. Teamates work more together and create links.

All the information is brought together to have an overview of everyone's schedules thanks to the integration of slack and google calendar.

Café helps us reconnect people with each other in a hybrid work organisation, but also to achieve a corporate project that aims to redefine the fundamentals of working better with our time and teamates.

We have observed undeniable benefits, people take more pleasure in coming back to the office knowing who's going to be there.

What do you like best about Café?

I recently tried Café and I must say I’m impressed with the app! One of the things I liked best about Café is the schedule view feature, which allows you to share and access people’s schedules to find the best day to meet. This has made scheduling meetings much easier and less time-consuming for me.

The analytics feature is another thing I really appreciate about Café. It provides detailed data on occupancy rates, people connections, and office attendance, which helps me make informed decisions about the office space usage.

I also love the trends and interest graph feature, which allows me to see what’s trending in my organization and connect with others based on common interests. What do you dislike about Café?

As for areas of improvement, there are a few things that could be better. For example, the platform doesn’t let you book meeting rooms, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, Café doesn’t offer a dedicated desk booking experience, which would be helpful for those who have specific desk preferences.

Another area for improvement is the UX, which can change quite frequently, making it difficult to adapt at times. I also noticed that Café doesn’t integrate with Google Chat or Zoom Chat, which could be a hindrance for some users. Additionally, I was unable to access analytics under the free plan.

What do you like best about Café?

All the integrations (slack, HRIS, etc).

The diversity of the features covering the diversity of needs, depending of how your company manager the different workstyles.

The DATA!!! You can use them to plan the future and analyze the past and the on-going.

The design: platform user-friendly even with employees which are less comfortable with app/webapp.

Personalization: I can look for the information I want and plan my event in my own way, and my coleeague can do that in her own way. Flexibility is key when your tool is used by everyone!

Customer service: I have a crazy high level of requirement when I work with a provider/tool/service and they are able to give me clear, quick, and efficient feedback with no bullshit. And they always are listening to their customer to improve! You really have the feeling that it's done for you, not for them. They want you to be satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Social interactions and connectivity between employees: this takes a lot of time for human people to create social interactions based on interests, profiles, etc. Using Cafe helps me to save time to connect people between them without losing the quality of it.

Managing remote, flex, hybrid, onsite policies and requirements: again save time and help me to resolve all the constraints and problems related to it.

Managers trust: help to make managers more comfortable with their team working remotely. They are reassured by the ability to see directly if the employees are onsite, are off, work from home, work remotely... They don't have to "chase" employees to know that. Employees and managers are both more comfortable now communicating about this specific and sensible topic.

Data analytics: forget 5 hours with your table! Everything is now clear and accessible whenever you want! I save tons of time to plan if we need to move, adjust policies, etc as I can see directly what's happening and what happened (and what is happening in the future). This also helps me to manage events.

What do you like best about Café?

What do you like best about Café?

At Upflow, we run on a distributed team, with 2 "hubs" that are offices where we all meet. Knowing who's in and out is super important! My favorite feature of Café is the ability to know in real time where my coworkers are working from, and ability to sync. I now know when to come to the office!

What do you like best about Café?

I love the event management where I often create and manage events with audiences I created directly on the app (based on location and interests). Very easy to use and seamless.

What do you like best about Café?
