The user interface is outdated and can be cumbersome and not very intuitive. Customer support tends to be slow, there are challenges with complex integrations, and reporting capabilities have limitations, making it difficult to extract necessary information in a user-friendly format. The Certification Module (account reconciliations) works really well and provides plenty of configurabiliy for just about any large business. The other modules {Journals, Match, Close, Compliance} seemlessly work together to achieve a great outcome for enterprises to manage the entire Close process. Trintech is doing a lot more to communicate webinars and other training/learning opporutnities out to the user group, so End-Users can sign-up on their own and learn about various features within the application.
