What do you like best about CA File Master Plus?

The best thing about this product is that it provides various functions to be applied on the data sets in different batch files

Multiple files can be handled online in form of batches

Set up is easy by setting some default values

Various in built utilities to perform a desired action

Supports multiple format data sets in files

What do you like best about CA File Master Plus?

CA File Master Plus is a software which is designed to streamline data in a project in an organisation.

An organisation use this software with Grid tools to mask/privitize data then store on IMS database.

The customer support service plays a great role by providing appropriate solutions to issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CA File Master Plus?

One of the big disadvantage is CA File Masterplus can not handle IMS Sysplex.

The setup is little complex which needs system programmer for the initial startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps to improve the accuracy of your mainframe data.

It helps to reduce the time and effort associated with the test file editing and data creation.

Benefits of using File Master Plus are: It gives us the logical record structure/layout's length and data type, thus making us understand the storage concepts, particularly for data types like comp and comp-3.
