What do you like best about C3 CRM?

With C3 CRM, I can keep all contacts, emails, calls, and notes in one file and access all the data with ease. This is a centralized view which let me know a lot of about customer needs, and helps me have better relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 CRM?

The reporting options in C3 CRM seem a little lacking to me. We cannot track individual sales and other parameters by product or by campaign due to which it becomes difficult to dissect the campaign results deeply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 CRM?

The concept of using these technologies to sales, marketing, and customer service is quite appealing. This indicates that the incorporation of artificial intelligence and machine learning in C3 CRM is a favorable option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 CRM?

I have not found a way to automate invaluable processes such as lead nurturing or emails follow-up. I am often slowed down by tasks that have required a couple of minutes, denying me the expected boost that comes with a contemporary CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also found reporting rather constrained in C3 CRM. There is no way to discern the patterns in residents’ complains or even determine the efficiency of specific community interventions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
