What do you like best about C2CRM?

The product feels stable and "fully baked" compared to some other CRM/Customer Support applications. Clear C2 seems to find a niche where C2CRM can be configured for your business rules, so real business conformance OR you can go out of the box, best practices. They were great to work with as they guided us through the process of configuration and go-live support. C2CRM is a critical piece to my management of the IT needs for a global work force, especially during these times where everyone is disbursed. With C2CRM Dashboards and Workflow, all IT requests are in a single location, with workflow being the glue that allows us to keep them up-to-date on the current status while my team addressees their request. Data is easily exportable, which then allows me to perform analytics to identify trends to get in front of larger, more global issues which can be escalated to Executive Managment for visibility. What do you dislike about C2CRM?

What do you like best about C2CRM?

C2CRM is a tool that is completely for teams with sales activities where managers can provide quality service to customers by providing a better solution in the advertising issue making more attractive the panel which handles a simple leadership to implement and adapt to the business needs of our organization, mainly for large amounts of internal support documents ensuring remote sales in real time providing solutions and special attention that includes modules designed to solve problems in follow-up stages for electronic payments improving performance in work processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2CRM?

In spite of its qualities, this tool presents functions that need to be improved, such as the advertising design control panel, which does not have a connection between users connected by e-mail, thus leaving an ineffective alternative for customers to provide a better option in their purchases, in this way can cause a delay in the economic statements of the company in question technical documents required by customers is not critical to our business structure custom templates when tracking does not work in real time customer loyalty web-based our business model are always professional to download the products when choosing and retaining communication between the relations of quality sales activities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2CRM?

Regarding the experience I have had in my company using C2CRM it has been of great help for my growth and development as a marketing and sales project manager, many are the facilities and capabilities that provides this software for users perhaps one of the most prominent undoubtedly is its platform that is highly technological and has some very graphics that have nothing to envy any other software market the next point in the I consider this software is a great option is to work marketing and sales using collaborative tools in which I can mention the integrated internal chat, social networking integration and advertising emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2CRM?

When we talk about C2CRM we understand that it is a complete software in terms of marketing and sales but nevertheless members of my team and I personally have managed to find some shortcomings such as customer service which although it is very good monitoring of after-sales activities is not very effective and needs to be improved as well as advanced ticketing functions, being a software that has very extensive modules we can conclude that the learning curve is steep so that their adaptation phase can be slow and a little complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2CRM?

C2CRM is an extremely amazing software to customize business needs and it aids to provide novel strategies for business and guides a flexible price to tag a product. An atomization tool to check the email hub and messages to collaborate with company members. Whole files are highly dependable and available anytime to view the inside information. What do you dislike about C2CRM?

It’s difficult to notice the disadvantages as this is a multi-dimensional application that can store huge files only, it cannot function for a single file and have not easy access to the folder. What do you like best about C2CRM?

What do you like best about C2CRM?

Very functional dashboard with solid view of sales funnel, contacts, and interaction timeline storage via each communication channel. A good data collection and retrieval process. Somewhat difficult to find accounts if not spelled correctly. Also difficultly at times of finding past notes and adding new Contacts. It may be how I am submitting notes. Also lag time of notes being saved in account file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2CRM?

In the past decade, I've worked with pretty much every CRM - and C2 has clear (no pun intended) advantages over most of them. The interface is really nice looking and easy to navigate. The onboarding and training process was a breeze, and their team was very accommodating to our schedules and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
