What do you like best about C2CRM?

It's not very user-friendly. I had a difficult time learning how to create reports, and the reports are difficult to edit later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Organizes workload and activities, so our team can sell more and strengthen their compensation

- Delivers clear visibility into accounts, contacts, leads, activities, communications, etc. This enables us to spend more time with leads and customers and shorten the sales cycle

- Automatically captures leads from all types of marketing campaigns so we can categorize or segment them anyway we like.

- Easy scheduling and managing all activities in one place with a powerful calendar that automatically reminds and alerts our sales team of upcoming events and actions

- Features a robust yet simple marketing management platform

- Seamless integration with other key tools like Outlook

- Customizable dashboards, powerful reports and analytics for guiding our business

C2CRM provides its users with a comprehensive platform where users can manage sales, marketing and customer service processes from a single collaborative operation and quickly, it is also a software with extensive administrative knowledge, is very technological and offers a whole graphic experience in its interface that consists of a web browser this makes it very appealing to users because of its ease of getting functions and technical support, the mobile applications offered are also really good and all its functions are equally effective as those of the web domain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The negative points of this software are the calendar and reminder system is confusing and does not have a good design, you need more references for the valuation of prospects because the ones you have are very basic, it has very few integrations with social networks and this point is critical for a marketing management software, it is not very useful for quotes and its technical support takes a long time to solve the problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
