What do you like best about C2CRM?

c2crm provides each user there own crm experience by allowing unlimited dashboards and widgets with exactly the data I need to do business. The tech support I receive is always 5 star for even the simple stuff.

I have used Salesforce, Zoho and HubSpot and this CRM UI is easy to master and does not require a "masters degree" in order to navigate. Less overall mouse drag rate witch means I move faster through my environment allowing me to complete tasks and retrieve essential information every time I log in. What do you dislike about C2CRM?

I wish the powers that be found C2 long ago. So much time and energy was spent working with the "brand names" who seemed like understanding how we do business was less important then how their CRM was supposed to show us how to reinvent the wheel!?!? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our first reaction to moving off the brand name was our concern another vendor could actually deliver what we needed. After extensive searching we found C2 and learned very quickly they really cared about how we used software. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far after 8 months we have increased sales revenue by 24%. We have seen a vast improvement in the marketing response of new leads and current clients are finally getting the attention they have paid for because C2 has organized our activity's and have kept our sales reps honest when it comes to using the CRM. C2 has a case management tool that leverages the knowledge-base/AI component to quickly solve issues and points the right people in the right direction. What do you like best about C2CRM?

C2 CRM platform is very easy to use and it is also a value for money product for our company. After using this product our growth has increased up to 8 to 10% so we are happy with their products and hope our company will continuously make new collaborations with c2crm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2CRM?

The portal is not mobile friendly. The customer support team is good but they can be better. This product is hard to use by beginners so you need I experience to use this seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2CRM?

My position with my company entails mainly cold calling, Lead Generation. Customized to our business model, C2 has assisted me with building a solid pipeline, which allows me to track all of my leads and run successful email drip campaigns. Tons of tools and support are available to improve my daily tasks consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2CRM?

The only downfall was the way Outlook and the C2 Calendar coincide. We found our way around it to where it still worked for our team. Outside of that, C2 is constantly making new changes every month! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing currently, but I constantly email support for items we need assistance with, and there is always a solution. I am still waiting to hear more about Zoominfo, and hopefully, being available soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't anything to dislike. With customization, you have to understand development can take some time to complete, test and implement. In the big picture, you need to know what your deliverable dates are and what you need immediately and what can be implemented and tweaked on an ongoing basis. I would like to see an online or written guide book on how the different functions work so I don't always have to call and take notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are an exhibit builder for customers going to tradeshows. C2 is the first software program that allows us to enter our client's show schedules and track them in the system. Our sales team must stay on top of upcoming shows. Shows drive everything we do. The mobile app is also great for our sales people walking tradeshows to be able to access our customer database. What do you like best about C2CRM?

Each role in my company has different modules/needs to be met. The C2 team has consistently worked with employees to either update user modules or create new ones as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2CRM?

I'm not very sure what C2 offers until I've already requested that module to be created. Knowing what modules are readily available and work with people in other companies would be a huge benefit so that we could work on our own processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2CRM?

Mackenzie, Lindsay and everyone at C2 worked with our CRM launch committee and still work closely with our team to ensure the system was customized for our platform and works flawlessly. It's been a fantastic experience and I wish we had chosen C2 sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
