The biggest feedback I have received is regarding the multiple documents for the package turnover. Our PE's would are the owners of this task prefer the option of having a single PDF document. Other than that, I haven't heard any other negative feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Don't know if I have a favorite, since the entire process of setting up the close-out process has been streamlined, and is quick and easy.
