What do you like best about Buildesk Real Estate CRM?

- Call log sync is the best feature for me as it allows me to track the activities of my team on how well they performed on cold calls and nurturing the existing leads

- The support team takes their time but the queries are resolved properly and ensures that it doesn't happen again.

- It even works on a mobile app! This is a good feature, especially for site visits as it updates the real-time data in the CRM and my in-house team can loop the leads even after site visits. What do you dislike about Buildesk Real Estate CRM?

- Sometimes the CRM loads very slowly and it affects the efficiency of my business.

- The support desk takes time to connect with the backend and revert the issue.
