I'm a California landlord and I've always been concerned about proper handling and management of security deposits. They are also the only part of my management process that isn't automated or digital. By moving my tenant's deposits to Whale, I'm no longer concerned about the liability, interest and accounting concerns/hassels AND, now when a tenant moves out, all I do is click a few buttons and the move out process is complete. I haven't found a dislike. My main concern was the onboarding process but the team at Whale was very helpful and created simple processes for efficiently migrating over to their platform and integrating with my existing systems. Very satisified so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whale is the only product in the space that I have found to provide significant benefits to us, as an operator, and to our residents.
Whale allows us to eliminate much of the manual processes associated with collecting and refunding security deposits.
