The only thing I wish could be differnt is, if the gift/gift card that we are trying to redeem more bucketlist points than we have, I wish we could pay for the remaining amount with our debit card. Example: I was just to Bucketlist points short of ordering a gift that I really wanted with my Bucket list points. I wish I could have just paid the remaining balance with my debit card. This program facilitaes an opportunity for colleagues to recognize and praise their peers for a remarkable performance, It displays appreciation on a large scale. Not only does it acknowledge the employee's exceptional work, but it also enables the entire organization to see the appreciation and offer their comments and insights as well. In addition to all of that, it also has the added bonus of receiving points for a job well done! I think it is awesome that you are qable to collect and give points. This is the absolute best perk an employer could provide. My favorite part is how you can give Kudos for the entire organization to see where those typical "pats-on-the-backs" go unnoticed. The only area that I could see improvement in would be the way that multiple rewards are split with one post. If I have a project team with 1 lead and 2 team members, I would like to have the ability to more customize how the reward points are split. For instance, if I give 60 points today, each person would get 20 but having the option to give 30 points to the project leader and 15 points to each of the team members within the same post would be ideal. This program was recently introduced to our company back in July and everyone absolutely loves it. It is very easy to use and has a lot of awesome features that helps keep everyone within the company connected. It was very easy to make the switch to this program vs getting only Amazon gift cards. This program allows us to pick and choose from so many limitless options for rewards as well as company swag. We use the program almost every day to keep up with co-workers and contest winnings and to share all the amazing things that make us happy. This program is wonderful and so easy to use. It's a great way to show your appreciation for good work by someone else whether this be through rewarding them with points or just an appreciation post of the work they have done. It is a great way for people to receieve recognition and others to notice that they are doing a good job. Giving recognition to others is very simple to use and can be done as often as you want which is great! It is a great way for a collague to reach out and tell you your appreciated. After a shift ends you may notice something you want to thank them for but they have already left for the day. When you see them again, you may have forgotten about the experience.

It is a quick and convienent way to let them know they are well thought of and of great value to your day, and by extension, your work place!

Recognizing my team members is a perfect way to show how much I appreciate them. With bucketlist, I am able to do this in just a few clicks! I enjoy highlighting how my team member lives our core values, went above and beyond in performance, or reached a milestone such as a birthday or work anniversary. The bucketlist program makes it so fun and easy to deliver timely recognition which makes it so much more meaningful. The points I give (and receive) can be used toward wonderful prizes. The menu of selections is easy to navigate and you can use your points as soon as you like or save them up for a larger prize down the road. Gift cards are my personal favorite and I just used some points for two great gift cards! I enjoy that the gift cards come in different amounts so you can redeem the points you have saved up without losing any of them. The experience marketplace feature is very nice, but I feel that some of the locations of the events are quite far away from our location in sunny Naples. They would be great if someone had a vacation planned in the area of the excursion, but if not it could be quite expensive to make the trip. You can absolutely peruse the long list of offered excursions and filter by your zip code, but when I tried that most things were still out of state that I found. I like the variety of rewards. There were many to choose from as well as many different price ranges to choose from with each reward. It was easy to navigate. The reward was redeemable within 10 minutes of my selecting the gift card I wanted. I actually used this as a gift to a friend by giving her the information and she was able to use it easily. Bucketlist rewards allows for employees to be recognized not only for years of service but by their co-workers and management for whatever appreciation they would like to show.
