I really like how the recognitions can be privately sent (just to the individual) or publicly sent (so the entire company can see the accomplishment, good catch, compliments from clients, etc.). It is extremely user-friendly and is easily accessible to us, so that I can "give points" immediately when something deserving comes to my attention. The fact that a simultaneous email is sent to the recipient of the points once they are awarded is a bonus, especially for those who may not access Bucketlist often. Our Teams have also utilized Bucketlist for Nurses' Week, Administrative Professional Day, and Team Lunches. Redeeming points is easy, and there are so many options -- there is something for everyone! **What do you dislike about Bucketlist Rewards?** The only downside, if there is a downside, is that trying to find points that may or may not have already been given to a team member (so that we don't double-up on the recognition) is not easy - I have to scroll through all of the past rewards, page by page. It allows our employees to recognize anyone in the company, not just those in their department. It is extremely easy to use and navigate and they offer a phone app as well. I find that giving points is just as rewarding as receiving them. There are also many unique features our company utilizes. For example, we have created a monthly achievement options for our employees to share something they have done for that month based on the theme we create. For the month of March we have the influential woman award. If you post a photo of a woman you look up to or celebrate, you will be entered into a raffle to receive extra bucketlist points. This feature has been a great success thus far! I am very impressed with the amount of options Bucketlist offers employers that are creative and customizable based on business needs. Additionally, the amount of gift certificates and experience you can redeem points for is exceptional!
