The communication between these different sites is functional, but they're not integrated as well as I would have hoped. The one thing that is this automated marketing tools create a way for brokers and agents to stay in touch with prospects and clients so that agents can nurture leads without having to manually track all interactions. The main thing that most of the user’s complained that is, Brivity software is a little expensive for a small business and also for the beginners. Its some features are very difficult and also difficult to use. The only thing I haven't been able to do is export my email and text templates created under another user to my account once it was setup so I don’t like this step. The source to compact the offers with a repeating offer, just with a small modification of the offer and client. I can't us the website to my clients the search-ability of properties in my area are not available at all. I was sold on ability to do custom work and custom searches, but this is not true.
