Since last Wednesday, I have not been able to call or text my clients. Response from Brivity has been utterly devastating and a total slap to myself and those on my team trying to resolve this issue. Last Wednesday, I realized my texts were not processing, which means this problem most likely occurred earlier during the week. This review will be upgraded to 10/10 once I receive feedback to resolve this issue. Until then, I will continue to bleed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Brivity for my real estate CRM, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service and support. They truly go above and beyond to assist whenever needed. The tools and systems they offer are second to none, helping me streamline my business and stay on top of everything effortlessly. The organization and stages made a ton of sense to me. It's fairly self explanatory on the CRM side of things but every "All-in-one" platform comes with many flaws.
Onboarding was phenominal. Very attentive and helpful but once I was fully onboarded, I couldn't get a response from support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They care more about selling clients more services than making a great product.
The website editor and Blueroof 360 team were a big deal breaker for me.

Can't find a better and simpler platform to manage my team amd our real estate business. Brivity always up to track transactions to texts, calls amd emails. It is a true one stop shop for a high level product tbat won't brun a hole in your pocket. Wish the app was able to do same as desk top verions. There are some features that thr app isn't able to do and it would be best if it could. Thr desk top version needs more type to search drop down options for auto plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about brivity is their all in one interface. You do not need to piece meal everything together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everyone at the company is absolutely incapable of helping you. You won't speak to an impolite or mean person, but in the same breath they will promise you the world and show up empty handed. I spent over $15,000 there and put hours on hours into the system and spoke to everyone they had and no success. In over 15 months they did not get 1 hot lead.
Their final excuse was "you're in a tough market". That was it.
If you are a seasoned agent and you want to pay a ridiculous premium to have an all in one crm, brivity is for you.
If you're an agent that's looking to grow your business or expand your current business STAY AWAY.
I moved into a new market starting from scratch and they told me to do Facebook ads with ad manager etc. over $800 a month. This was the most unprofessional and unethical thing they did, because this was a straight money grab. When I hired a real estate coach he was baffled by this because it takes over 18 months for buyer leads to mature-- which occurs at a 2% rate. Brivity SOLD ME on this plan-- absolutely unprofessional terrible company.
I had numerous issues, such as them marketing to the wrong areas. I am in Long Island and they did Facebook ads to queens for 3 months. Then they messed up for another 3 months advertising in Long Island city-- I mean really just a complete joke. Of a company.
They would call me with their "top customer service reps" and I would spend over 2 hours on the phone with them and they would say "wow this is terrible I'm going to get back to you on Tuesday with a plan of action". That next Friday I'd email a follow up. Weeks would go by no follow up, then months...
I urge anyone to really stay away from brivity. It's overpriced, the customer service is useless, they are highly disorganized internally which they admitted to me many times. My campaigned performed at $22 a buyer lead which is absolutely embarrassing for them and the next month they emailed me saying good news your buyer lead is down to $21.50! I emailed them back is it April fools or something? This was the beginning of them saying they don't have an internal system to notify them when campaigns are doing poorly.
So all in all- I have 100's of hours and $15,000 invested into brivity and not one hot lead. There are many other more established companies at lower price points that you should go. This is a small unorganized money grabbing business unethically and unprofessionally selling products they cannot provide services too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I personally don't think it's that great of a system for the cost. I have another CRM through my brokerage that works just as good. I wanted to see if this CRM had anything that was different or special about it in comparison to what I was already using. It's just way more expensive is all I found. I'm glad I tried it but it just doesn't makes sense dollar wise. Especially considering both CRMS do just about the same thing. They are making it difficult to cancel which is annoying. But I'm canceling regardless. I could be using that money for more important things like marketing. It's really not worth the money to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aside from the multifunctionality of the CRM, I am most impressed with the support. Timely, helpful and the only CRM company where you can speak to the owner personally Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All your leads will not filter to this CRM and they said ALL leads would. They do not back up their "guarantee success in real estate." No one could tell me what this means. We were disappointed in the usability, speed of service, lack of customization on the website, how long it took to set up, COST, and no one ever got back to me about the "guarantee" that the advertise.
