Having used BrightEdge for over 10 years they never disappoint. Our team uses the tools daily. The support is superior to any other platform we use. The ease of implementation makes it a positive experience for our team. The continuous improvement and innovation are hands down better than any of the other SEO tools we have used. BrightEdge has features for search, there is no dilution in what they specialize in. We moved exclusively to BrightEdge as of 2024 for that reason alone. BrightEdge helps us find what users are searching for in terms of recipes and spices in the US, CAN and UK. It also allows us to track and monitor keywords and page groups while implementing new strategies from any quick win suggestions. The new Content Advisor feature has aided us in providing more indepth data and content to our article team and has been a success so far. If i am tracking keywords for a domain, sometimes it will show the same keyword and same page it ranks for but in different rankings (or the same rankings). to me, that seems like it is inaccurate. also it has trouble detecting keyword search volume if i use special characters, "Honda CR-V". I have worked with 3 other SEO companies and after many headaches and a lack of support we partnered with BrightEdge. I like the holistic view of organic performance that BrightEdge provides. It has a wide array of keyword tracking, and its integrations allow you to pull in 1st party tools for more advanced insights. The SearchIQ tool is very valuable for competitive benchmarks. BrightEdge has a lot of kinks to work out. Keyword universes appear to be larger across SEMrush and Ahrefs. Additionally, we see a lot of highly semantically related terms that other tools typically don't pick up on, for good reason.

Also, SearchIQ has some great functionality, but it's also very limited int he data that it provides. Expand to include more schema types, conmpetitors, keyword groups, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike is part of the content advisor. When i specify how many words I would like my content to be, it usually goes way over the desired word count. a 500 word blog will often be stretched out to over 1000. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
