Whereby now, stakeholders from different internal teams are now starting to use the platform are having really good success stories. For example a stakeholder in the dutch (NL) region used content advisor to rank higher for a speciifc keyword and they managed to rank for the keyword on page 1. Until BE, I felt very alone and frustrated by being a one-person team trying to do it all. With BE, I'm able to work more efficiently and have the insight of fellow strategists. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** I wish a lot of the data could be displayed in more than just weekly comparison views. I want to see data for specific days. If I'm being honest, I also don't like how hard the new gen AI tools for content writing are being pushed. Useful for content planning and structuring? Yes. But I'm not going to rely on a robot to actually write pages of content-- all evidence shows that leading to long-term losses. Users simply don't want AI-written articles, and we have every reason to believe that search engines will become better able to recognize it and will rank it lower in the future. We moved exclusively to BrightEdge as of 2024 for that reason alone. It has a wide array of keyword tracking, and its integrations allow you to pull in 1st party tools for more advanced insights. The SearchIQ tool is very valuable for competitive benchmarks. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** BrightEdge has a lot of kinks to work out. Keyword universes appear to be larger across SEMrush and Ahrefs. Additionally, we see a lot of highly semantically related terms that other tools typically don't pick up on, for good reason. Also, SearchIQ has some great functionality, but it's also very limited int he data that it provides. I wish their were subscripiton levels or charity options for BrightEdge. **What problems is BrightEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to expand on keyword topics so we are telling the whole story is very important to our team. Looking at the search landscape is one feature we reliy on frequently. We need to integrate our SEO data with our traffic data to tell the whole story, BrightEdge helps us do this. Easy to integrate the data downloaded from BrightEdge with Excel and Google Sheets etc since it's in CSV format. 4. It's even easier now to implement the keyword ideas and stuff, since I can put them into tasks and assign them immediately within BrightEdge itself. 5. Violet is always ready to support with useful advices, as well as the introduction of new features. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** 1. Not all features include Indonesia - Bahasa Indonesia (Google Search region - language). For example, I can't find it on Content Research. 2. The fixed one-week period on each feature. Would be better if I can adjust the date range so I can match company's financial calendar for more accurate reporting. **What problems is BrightEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Both the company's ecommerce website and blog were lacking of organic traffic and conversions. I've really enjoyed using the Generative AI function in Content Advisor to create content briefs, and while it's been incredibly helpful, I would like the ability to exclude certain keywords from use as not all keywords are applicable in each scenario. **What problems is BrightEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** BrightEdge has been really great in helping me with research for my projects. The Instant report has been a really helpful tool, allowing me to complete keyword research and to tackle it from many different angles. Lately, I've been using the Generative AI function within Content Advisor to create content briefs. As with many people, AI is so new to me and has definitely had a learning curve in figuring out how AI can be useful to me and my team. Thankfully, BrightEdge makes it really simple and I've been able to gain many insights from AI in Content Advisor. I recently had a project where I was tasked with creating new title tags and meta descriptions for each of our store location pages. As they all have similar characteristics and target similar, if not the same, keywords, it was a bit difficult at times to create unique titles and descriptions for each location. The AI tool was incredibly helpful in this as it mixed things up for me and gave me new suggestions I hadn't thought of. The suggestions were incredibly creative as well and all made sense in the given context. We've passed along our knowledge of the tool to other members of our team in the hopes that they will find it just as useful as we have. ### 49.
