Briefli has proven to be an advantageous tool for our operation and CSR teams. The cloud-based software was easily integrated with our Warehouse Management System allowing us to quickly onboard several of our customers shortly after going live. Order processing has never been easier for our team. One hurdle for our team was working through the many different document layouts for our customers. Not one document is the same as the other. This required us to build an integration for each customer within the software so we could map the correct fields to our WMS. However, to our surprise the Briefli software already did a great job at identifying those fields from the document making it an easy process to create and update the mapping.
