What do you like best about Brella?

I use it for tradeshow events that I am attending to pre-book appointments for either before-the-show meetings or on-site. It's great to see the attendance ahead of time.

I had a login issue, and Support emailed me back in 3 minutes. After a couple of exchanges, they figured out the fix in under 10 minutes—very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brella?

What do you like best about Brella?

This platform is exceptional, they allow the beneficiaries to complete the systematization of events with our website and individualize the image of our agenda. At the same time, it has a receptive web browser interface, allowing users to adhere to the content of the event and intervene in meetings from wherever they are. Furthermore, it allows us to integrate Brella with Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot CRM to combine attendee information. The support of the benefit is developed by smartphones, iOS and Android in addition to live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brella?

It is an exceptional platform, but it lacks intuition and sometimes its use tends to be frustrating, adding that it does not contain a free system to get to know it a little and be sure that you want to buy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brella?

1) A very intuitive platform that is easy to use and is focused on getting users to engage with others and book in meetings.

2) It is easy to set up and only takes a couple of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brella?

A bit restrictive in functionality at times. I hope they start giving the organiser more freedom to change things in the app without compromising on the great design.

Still, there are slight lags and problems when signing on, we have had some attendees struggle to log in at times. I don't see much of any other blocking problem on the platform rather than that point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brella?

Their match-making feature is the best I've seen. The degree of customization you can utilize on the backend makes sure that your meeting participants can find the people they are looking for and get the most out of their attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brella?

Sometimes the customer support for attendees is a bit slower to respond than I would like. However, they went above and beyond to address this concern on the days of my event to make sure I had what I needed. Additionally, they've been expanding their North American operations, so this isn't as much of an issue now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brella?

All needed tools are in one platform. The best part is that I have my calendar synch with my PC, as well I can access all my meetings and the events of the summit in one place; there were minor bugs in the earlier versions, but I have seen that all those bugs were solved in the latest version. I don't see a tool in the market for events that cover all the event requirements and meetups like Brella for the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brella?

Still there are slight lags and problems for signing on safari, I hope to solve them as they did on chrome, I don't see much of any other blocking problem on the platform rather than that point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brella?

The platform is user-friendly, has well-developed matchmaking, and offers the most important features to organize successful B2B conferences. Over the past 18 months, the platform has undergone a lot of development and positive change, with more in the pipeline for 2022. That the content closes off to anyone after 2 weeks, and anyone who didn't attend can then not access this. There is a lot of imports to negate for each section; it would be amazing to be able to import a master spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
