One of the things that really bugs me is the ongoing bug where even though I delete files permanently, BOX does not seem to recognize I free space. I am always close to been out of space no matter what I do. Since I am cleaning out files on a regular basis I don't run out of space but Box always tells me i am running out and that I should could consider upgrading.
