What do you like best about Bottomline GT Suite?

The best feature of Bottomline GT Suite is its ability to interlink different payment entries which are present in the inventory. This feature significantly lowers the burden of our Finance Department to manage cash-flow and credit charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bottomline GT Suite?

The one thing which needs improvement is its interoperability with finance auditing platforms. That is something that remains a nagging issue in this product. If that issue is resolved, it will be great ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bottomline GT Suite has been able to streamline a number of payment procedures that we use. It has a full range of modules for the activities such as ACH payments, wire and positive pay and it helps in streamlining our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bottomline GT Suite?

Bottomline GT Suite has a limited level of customization built into the platform. This inflexibility called for workarounds and integrations that were not always obvious and tended to make things complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have not come across anything specific to say that Bottomline GT Suite has any issues or errors using the tool. However, as a part of the financial integration tool, Bottomline GT Suite too will have some bug fixes, and the same will be fixed on time by a working IT team.
