I like that Botify is able to crawl and analyze so many dimensions of multiple websites without any manual work. We can customize the crawls and the crawl frequency as well as modifying the reporting dashboards as needed. Botify is very expensive. The monthly fee was too high, even with the lowerst plan The software offers many of features, but does not document how to use them. You must rely on Botify customer support team, however good support is hard to come by. My account was assigned a customer service rep, which sounds good in theory, but they did not prove to be very helpful. Botify has a huge range of reports and ways to split your data. Some of my favourite features are the ability to create bespoke URL segments, the HTML stored from every page crawled (excellent if looking to check exactly when code was changed), the ability to compare crawl changes over time at an extremely granular level and more.
