What do you like best about Botify?

For us, Botify brings together data from several data providers along with their own data to help us shape the SEO strategy at a global level. What we've found most useful is how this platform stitches everything together into a single view that can then be filtered using segments to cut through the noise to focus on the value. - Understanding how search engines crawl and index our enterprise size website

- Discovering blockers to customers and bots alike to accessing content

- Identifying changes at a template level that impact performance and then fixing them fast. I would add that sometimes it's not us that spots them first but the Botify team we work with.

- Using data for a/b tests for content and technical SEO to improve revenue performance

- Using the stitched together data view from the platform to optimise high-value pages

The Botify tool is constantly evolving (sometimes too fast) and always offers new features related to current events.

The advantage of Botify is that most useful features or KPIs are often highlighted (or via shortcuts) to make it easier for non-experts to use.

Sometimes too many "features" (in the choices) which can "lose" the user.

You often have to be an expert to figure it out yourself (or know where to look).

I just sometimes lack the time to use it fully.

In recent months we have been working on the quality of content: we have been able to identify poor content, consuming crawl budget and not bringing in traffic. And so we have been able to clean up the site significantly.
