Bookedin features essential integrations such as videoconferencing (for example Zoom), payments (such as Stripe), and calendar (i.e. Google Calendar). They even offer recurring appointments. Their support team is always helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main reasons that I went with Calendly instead of Bookedin are:

Excellent customer service with friendly assistance. There is even an option to schedule help via phone or a zoom video appointment. They seem to consistently update features to meet customers needs. I enjoy how easy it is to find clients, to book clients, to request for payments, and to see what the recent activities have been and what's going on. I love the side bar that keeps you updated on the upcoming appointments for the day. It is very simple to change the view, hours, etc. Being able to block out times is always a number one priority for me also. It is easy to confirm appointments also. I do not love the look of this system, not that that is important. I wish it was an easy process to change colors of booked appointment depending on what type of appointment it is, etc. I think that would be a great way to look at a glance and see what's going on.
