In addition to what is considered normal within an intranet, this time something attractive the unification of sharepoint and office, you can create a market network where you can make auctions, purchase and sale exchange, have the innovation of adding the mobile application, something that I think, that can be very useful. You can not make a free registration, you can only request a demonstration, which takes time to get to know what has or what innovation brings this software. It would be great if they left a free registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are in the middle of our intranet installation project, but so far, Bonzai is above and beyond any other vendor I've worked with. The planning, detail, help, and responsiveness from our project team at Bonzai has been nothing short of amazing. Plus, the product rocks! With a small but mighty project team we were able to get our new Intranet completed in about 8 months. We've been working with Bonzai since January 2017, and I honestly cannot think of a single thing that I dislike (from project onset to day-to-day operations). We are well taken care of, the product is robust, and it just keeps getting better and better. The Bonzai Intranet product is a collection of web parts you configure and add to your intranet pages. The ease of use and intuitive user experience these bring to SharePoint publishing makes training authors and end users a breeze. The powerful search components and document roll up web parts make surfacing information across the Intranet much easier. The new feature of content targeting is also something we've been wanting for a while now. Bonzai Intranet is continually releasing new versions and new web parts while refining the existing product. This enables us to continually improve our Intranet without the overhead of a large dedicated development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most dislikes were centered around SharePoint and access levels needed to configure these web parts. We were adopting SharePoint at the same time we were implementing Bonzai Intranet and the challenges of SharePoint adoption were our main issues The access level required led to governance needs which we have trouble enforcing. We use Bonzai as a great tool to help us manage our intranet by allowing those of us who are not very tech savvy to create content for the rest of the company to see.
