Bonterra Case management has been an amazing resource for our case management team to track clients, use various surveys to track clients. Bonterra also has an amazing tracking system so we can keep up to date with our clients progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be a better experience if I could modify the main menu to personalize it. I would love to have control over the cases that I am linked to and have them right there on the home screen. Overall a very user-friendly platform. I couple bugs here and there, but Apricot responds usually pretty quickly to resolve them and communicates to acknowledge that they are happening and actively finding a solution. My Case Managers are happy with the platform and ease of services. It has allowed us to spend more time with clients and less worried about paperwork, etc. The implimentation took longer than anticipated but this is because we really built it how we needed it to perform. We use Apricot 360 every single day and it has made our jobs so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Price has gone up significantly between years 1 and 2 of having the platform. I am concerned moving forward about price increases. I wish there was better technical assistance with building reports. Building reports feature can be kind of confusing and I think this could be redone to make it easier to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I like most about Bonterra Case Management is how customizable it is. When it was first introduced to us, as Apricot, I didn't think we would be able to utilize it. However, since then, we have been able to tailor it to our company's needs and continue editing it as we grow. It is very easy to use and once our staff went through training they caught on quickly. We use it every day and other than when it is down for maintenance, I haven't heard many complaints from our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
