BombBomb is great for people who want to implement video, but struggle with how to do it. The simple trimming, ability to add in scripting/screenshares, the integrations offered, and the ways you can share it via link or embedded make it so that you can really leverage it in a way that makes sense for you! They've gone away from human-centric and have implemented a really terrible support process (like most tech companies). Enter ticket hell, then get bugged for a review on how the support process was every time. Very annoying to try to get help. Their support team over the past few years has been disappointing to work with. They've also let some integrations lapse which is very disappointing. BombBomb has been a great integration for our inside sales team as a way of to stand out in communications. We integrated with Salesforce and record/send videos directly from there.
