The best thing about KVCore is the ease of usability. The back end CRM is easy to navigate and the app comes in very handy. I also love the customization of the consumer-facing site. I really appriciate all of the many tools kvcore has, the marketplace offers alot of useful features i wouldnt expect to see in a crm. I also appriciate the amount of avaible help for using the platform. The platform also has a mobile app, phone number, email address, and more for me to use to my discrition. I appriate the checkbox feature and the reminders it gives you in order to complete tasks and work clients down my pipeline. i also appriciate the automated scripts you recieve when calling someone. kvcores weekly reminder to check in every monday morning makes easy for me to implement it into my daily life. i use it daily now. While all of the tools kvcore has can useful, it is also very easy to get lost in how many options there are, it can also be difficult to navigate and a little challenging to integrate things like social medias into my kvcore. i can also confidentaly say that with how large kvcores platform is, i am utterly lost and not able to use it to its fullest extent. What I like best about KV Core is behavior automation. This helps me stay focus and organized not only with my book of business, but also guiding me and alerting me with customers' and clients' behavior with their search alerts and response to the texts or emails that are sent to them. Validation of my contacts from open houses, expos, and call ins, help me a great deal sorting bad numbers, emails, and active results. KV Core is very easy to use. I don't think there is any downside of KV core. There is an annoying blue checklist that seems to never go away when you do not follow the checklist. The system is so robust and still has a little ways to go to make it 10/10 user friendly. You have to earn your degree from Inside Real Estate University to maximize the resources.
