What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM?

They offer a concierge service in which follows up with leads. You can upload your contacts into the database for their concierge to follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM?

Very expensive low quality leads. I was told that I would have concentrated search within a certain zip codes, and that they use specific data points to determine when a customer is going to list in the future. In reality, they just place Facebook ads asking for people to put their address for a home valuation. Towards the end, I not only received lower than the promised amount of leads, of over 600 " leads" only two of the houses were sold or ever hit the market. Also, they were honest about their services. The rep told me these were high quality leads but when I ended my account, the customer service rep admitted their leads are low quality. Also, the sales rep became unresponsive when I started to voice my concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoldLeads CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're not solving any problems outside of taking agents money based on empty promises. The leads I called mostly were all nonexistent leads and the " real " leads weren't intending to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM?

Do not fall for this bogus lead service. The leads are TERRIBLE!

I was promised leads in my territory. They sent me leads from two different states. No one had consented to having me call them. The leads had no recollection of even filling out a form asking for a home price evaluation. I have called repeatedly to cancel my account and they don't answer the phone. What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM?

I have been with bold leads since March, with the exchange I'm paying approx $1000.00 CAD a month. I have had zero return. I was told I would receive around 25 leads a month. I get an average of 5 a month and they are dead end leads, most seem fake or very far out of my area.

I have asked for help and to be released from my contract many times and the customer service is rude, they make up ridiculous reasons of why it's my fault I don't get leads and the reasons completely contradict things they had told me in the past. After contacting them for months about not getting any leads they sold the exact same contract to someone else at my office. We are from a small town and I was already barely getting any leads and they are now getting 2k a month between myself and the other agent and we are both getting very few useless leads. This company is a terrible terrible scam, I have a young family and I am just throwing away $1000 a month. This company should be investigated and shut down as they are robbing people of their money. What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM?

From day one the leads have been the absolute worst. The back end system is antiquated, cave man like technology.

When I canceled the leads in writing per the terms of the contract, they ignored it. Continued to charge my credit card and refused to return emails. There is no number to call support.

I canceled the leads on 09/16/2021 knowing the contract ended in January 2022, contract says it will automatically renew if not canceled at least 10 days prior. I have plenty of notice. After disputing the ongoing charges, after contract expiration, I was told by Tyler that I canceled too far in advance. Tyler also told me I was not going to speak to anyone else bc he's the top of the chain and the buck stops with him.

It took over 6 months for him to contact me after the contract expired and I had to send over 15 requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM?

I have yet to find any. It seems like a good idea, but it never provided what my sales rep told me I would get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM?

Everything. The sales rep told me they qualify their leads with an 8 question process. I would be receiving on average 25 qualified leads a month, and any partial leads I get would be icing on the cake and at no charge. The only leads I ever get are partial leads. Leads I have received do not know why I am calling them. The concierge has only set up one appointment, and the customer never showed. For a new realtor trying to jump-start their business, this was a massive hit to my budget. I tried to cancel as they have not even come close to meeting anything they promised me, and they refused. They will over-promise, under-deliver, and take your money. You will have nothing to show for your money; I would avoid at all costs. I am 11 months in, and it is the worst purchase I have ever made. I cannot wait to have my contract end to start spending money on actual lead-generating activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM?

Been using since October 2022. System seems to be very user friendly so far.

I am communicating with staff @ Bold Leads and they have been informative & helpful thus far. I have spoken with them about the number of leads and quality of leads that I have been receiving. They said they will look into my marketing and see what changes they can make to improve my lead capture. I look forward to working with this company. Not much to like. They send bad leads after locking you into contracts. A lot of fluff on the CRM but I spent a lot of money and never saw a return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They sent me dead end leads, leads not shopping in my chosen State, and charged me extra "advertising" fees that were just their base ads (the only thing you're paying for with the base fee) that lead you to a landing page. They barely advertise you or your business. I had to call for 2 weeks to get a person for cancellation. As of 6-13-22 they only sent one lead for the month of June. Do not pay for their service. Everything! System Does not do what they claim. I call a person who is suppose to be a lead, they aren't even in the same state or interested in real estate. . I follow up with live phone calls, then their computer sends auto responses, people think it's a scam. This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. Does not work! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. But once you go under contract with this shady company, you're pretty much left with no choice. This is absolutely the worst and most overpriced "lead generation" service I have ever had the displeasure of using. They lock you into a one year contract for the sole reason of having their guaranteed income at your expense. The leads they provide are complete and utter garbage, not a single one that I got was expecting a call. This company is deceitful and shady. DO NOT use this company.
