There are many helpful features on the platform for our BOD to utilize, particularly with our meeting books. The BOD have the ability to download and mark up their meeting books with their notes and it can be collaborative as well. All Board materials are easily accessible and organized within the workrooms and libraries. Once you get the hang of where everything is, it's very user friendly. I can even use the platform to run surveys or virtual voting, which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I believe it's fairly user friendly, our older Board members sometimes find it hard to navigate the platform. If anyone on your Board is not technilogically inclined, they will need more than one extensive training session. My one critique would be I wish that when building a book, the page numbers would automatically be populated so that it matches with the agenda for ease of locating certain pages. This platform is all encompassing. It houses all of our information, makes messaging easily accessible and has all the tools we need to make processes work in tailor-made ways for us. It was easy to create the initial templates for use in the system. When I've had issues, my customer support person has been WONDERFUL! They are very patient with me and always answer quickly and thoroughly. I use this platform almost daily and the more I use it the easier it is to acclimate our Board to using it as well. If the system has a glitch a work-around is sometimes tedious. Increasing the number of user profiles can get costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is lacking in my opinion. I don't like how the features are presented and as an admin, I can't see certain things like attendance. I'm generally not a fan of the BE app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can save a template. It makes it that much easier when you are creating a meeting book. It is also a great tech friendly product for our older board members that are not that tech savy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great way to distribute board papers to ensure that there are no breaches by printing or sharing via email. The minute taking module is also very easy to use and makes minute taking very effective and again confidential. They can be reviewed by multiple people again without printing or distributing via email. We also use the library to store historical information so that no matter who is on the board or is Company Secretary the information is stored in one place.

I had only one issue with BoardEffect and that was that it timed out too quickly when taking minutes. This has now been fixed so have no other problems with the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The webinars have been vert helpful and it is already migrated so we are able to view it all in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
