It appears GoToMeeting is the only virtual product we can link to meetings. We are a Microsoft Teams specific system. I also get frustrated sometimes when needing assistance. I feel like I give as much detail as possible through the online "ticket" but the trouble shooting responses I receive are not specific to my issue. It's as if my email explanation has not been read. I like that we can create meeting books that centralize all board documents in one place. It's pretty straightforward to use as well and isn't very complex. I also like that we can send out surveys through BE for board members to vote on. It's also a quick learning curve for board members to familiarize themselves with. Prior to BoardEffect, we utilized a cloud storage log in for files and paper. BoardEffect has been an effective tool to communicate with my board members before, during, and after a meeting not to mention allows a single location to coordinate meetings, committees, library of files, and news.
